DOT & FILL will be following the requirement recommendations by the U.S Centers for Disease Control: 
We must strictly adhere to these efforts in response to COVID-19

• The Artist & Client must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before all appointments. 

• Clients must not bring other guests with them for an appointment.

• Clients should advise Artist via text that they have arrived for the appointment and are waiting for instructions to enter.

• The Artist & client must wear a mask at all times.

• The Artist & client must sanitize their hands prior to beginning service.

• The Artist will clean, disinfect & sanitize frequently-touched objects and surfaces such as workstations, tools, mirrors, chair, bed, doorknobs, light switches, point of sales, lash trolley at the beginning & end of the day, as well as in between each client.

• Porous and soft surface tools cannot be disinfected and will be used once and then discarded.

• Only Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle are currently being accepted to settle balance.

In response to the current pandemic, DOT & FILL has participated & completed courses related to environmental cleaning and understand how cleaning and disinfection prevents contamination. As well as the importance of performing hand hygiene at key moments.
