rescheduling + NO SHOWS
By booking, you acknowledge retainer-fees are NON-refundable; you acknowledge you will forfeit your retainer fee if you cancel (for any reason).
DOT & FILL reserves the right to your retainer fee. By booking, you authorize DOT & FILL to charge a fee equal to your remaining balance should you (for any reason), no show or reschedule without at least 48 hours notice.
A one time reschedule may be honored with at least a 48 hours notice. Failure to do so (for any reason) will result in forfeiting your retainer fee & a fee equal to your remaining balance.

Late Arrivals:
LASHES: It is always in your best interest to arrive on time. Being late will reduce your appointment time, resulting in fewer lashes applied.
FINE LINE/TINY TATTOOS: Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your retainer-fee & the cancellation of your appointment. A new retainer fee will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness.
EYEBROW LAMINATION: Please contact us if you are going to be late. LASH APPOINTMENT Guarantee:
If you encounter any issues within 48 hours of your lash appointment, it's best to let me know so I can fix it for you free of charge. The reason the 48 hours mark is so important is because I need to look at the shed pattern to determine why the issues are happening so we can work together to resolve them.
Refunds:
If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to a service in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let me know before your appointment. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions; however, we will remove lashes free of charge.
RETURNS:
For sanitary reasons, products cannot be returned.
additional guests + Children + Pets:
I am not able to accommodate additional guests, children and or pets in the studio & will not be able to provide supervision. To ensure everyone's safety, I respectfully ask no other guest(s) accompany you to your appointment.
